Warsaw’s Saski Crescent, one of several major projects designed by Peter Wislocki’s team at Aukett for AIG/Lincoln, won the Construction Journal’s Office Building of the Year Award as the best building in its class in Central and Eastern Europe.

Residential

The Lakeside apartments in Rayleigh, Essex, are designed to Level 3 of the Code For Sustainable Homes without compromising architectural quality or sensitivity to their unique site. Peter Wislocki’s Hedgehog Development was responsible for both the design and development management of this and other unique schemes in the county.

Retail

Avon Cosmetics’ Consultant Support Centres were designed as one of a number of roll-out programmes for blue chip international retailers. Peter Wislocki’s other retail clients include Citibank, Coffee Heaven, HSBC and Barclays.

Leisure and hospitality

Peter Wislocki’s team at Aukett participated in the realisation of Warsaw’s 5-star InterContinental Hotel, and designed a number of Novotel, Ibis and Residor branded hotels in Russia and Georgia.

Logistical and industrial

Under Peter Wislocki’s directorship, Aukett completed a number of industrial and logistical projects for clients including Europa Park, Ghelamco and GVA Sawyer. Peter Wislocki is currently a consultant to Point Park Properties.

Masterplanning and urban regeneration

Peter Wislocki’s design team undertook a number of major masterplanning projects, some located in complex and historic locations, such as the Gdansk shipyards, others amounting to entire new towns, such as this scheme for AVN Services on a 650 Ha site just outside Moscow. Peter currently acts as Director of Urban Planning for Colliers International.

One of a number of truly original interiors for three of Euro RSCG’s advertising agencies in Warsaw, Peter Wislocki’s other clients in this sector have included Barclays Bank, Citibank, Procter & Gamble and At Media.

Peter Wislocki currently acts as a consultant to both Nightingale Associates, architects specialising in major healthcare projects including Medicover’s Wilanow hospital, and Tribal Group, providing health planning and strategic health consultancy services.
